Facilitator: Cassie Vanderwall, Registered Dietitian
Registered dietitian, Cassie Vanderwall will apply the concepts of mindfulness; intentional awareness, being in the present, without judgment or criticism to the eating process. Cassie will discuss how to reconnect with the eating experience, how to become aware of habitual cues, thoughts or situations which influence food choices, and how to promote a healthier relationship with food and to support health and well being.
